Refunds

Cooks Book will issue a full refund for unused and unopened products only. Please note that the Cooks Book EPUB is exempted from refunds and order cancellations. Contact our customer service department at info@mycooksbook.com for further support.


Cancellations

We understand that mistakes can happen during the ordering process. Or maybe, you just changed your mind. Either way, we have you covered. 

Should you wish to cancel your order, Cooks Book will issue either a full or partial refund. 

If you cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of confirmation receipt, Cooks Book will issue you a full refund for the product(s) purchased, and all shipping charges. 

If you need to cancel you order, but it has been more than 24 hours from the time of confirmation receipt, then Cooks Book will issue you a partial refund. The partial refund will only cover the cost of the product(s) purchased. In this scenario, you will still be held responsible for the payment of any shipping charges. 


Warranty

We stand behind our products 100%.

In the event that you find the product to be defective upon delivery or has incurred extreme damage caused by shipping methods, we will gladly send you a replacement or issue a full refund of product cost. To receive a replacement or refund covered under this warranty, please email our customer service department within 30 days from receiving the product. In the email you will need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the defect or extreme damage.

Please note that failure or damage caused by improper personal or professional use of Cooks Book will void any product replacement or refund.
